How to set up a schedule to automatically pause your Inbox after work
Burnout and quiet quitting are on the rise – and they have a detrimental effect on the success of a business, as well as their employees. Studies show that having the ability to disengage outside of work hours and rest reduces stress and boosts productivity. Yet our work environments don’t always support the need to disconnect. With Boomerang's Inbox Pause feature, you can now have email notifications automatically paused outside of work hours.

Delivery exceptions: Whitelist messages sent with high importance, specific email addresses (e.g. supervisors, execs, etc.), domains (e.g. important clients, your teammates, etc.), and/or words (e.g. "urgent," "time-sensitive," etc.) so that you still get the important emails while your Inbox is paused.
Hide label (Gmail only): While your Inbox is paused, incoming emails will get stored in the Inbox-Paused-[Date] label that we automatically generate for you until you unpause your Inbox. If you're still having trouble avoiding looking at the number go up on that folder, you can enable this setting to bury the label so it's less distracting.
