How to pause or delete a Bookable Schedule in Boomerang for Android

If you've got to put your meetings on pause for a bit, you can pause your schedule until you're ready for recipients to book meetings again. If you're sure you'll never need to use a Bookable Schedule, you can also delete it permanently.

How to pause a Bookable Schedule

Compose a new email or reply, and tap on the Calendar Icon at the bottom right corner.

Tap on Bookable Schedule in the new menu.

Tap on the Pencil Icon next to the schedule you want to pause.

Toggle the switch next to Accept New Bookings off. This will prevent recipients from booking meetings using this schedule until you enable it again.

Tap Save to confirm.

You can also pause your schedule from the manage page! Just click the three dots in the top right corner of the schedule listed on that page and toggle the switch from Enabled to Disabled.

How to delete a Bookable Schedule

Generally, we recommend pausing your Bookable Schedule, but if you're 100% sure you no longer need the schedule, you may also delete the schedule permanently.  The instructions vary slightly depending on your account type:
